Scheduling and Availability
Our services are available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled based on the nature and complexity of the requested services.

Client Responsibilities
Property Access
Clients must ensure that we have unobstructed access to the property during scheduled service times. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling and potential additional charges.
Providing Necessary Information
Clients are responsible for informing us of any specific requirements, potential hazards, or existing issues within the garden area before services commence. This includes the presence of delicate plants, underground utilities, or pest infestations.
Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the provision of our services. However, we hold comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused directly by our team.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice without incurring cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur the full service fee.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from our services, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a relevant local adjudicator or legal entity as deemed appropriate.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through the provided contact channels. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
